I also realised that if the lecture interests me, I gain a lot by going to the library straight away and academic reflective writing examples an appropriate book. In the past, I might have thought about getting a book but then never did. Eventually, that thought passes.

Overall, this has been a significant week for me. I learned a new theory which amazed me. I saw that theory in action. I realised that I should approach lectures with an open mind.
